                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      車間廢水治理:1、收集廢水:將車間酸洗工序廢水、電解工序廢水和地面設備沖洗水收集至隔油池,去除油污漂浮物以及沉降粗大顆粒;2、廢水反應:將75m3廢水泵送至反應池,先檢測PH,再加入CaO出F離子反應5~6分鐘,控制PH在5~6之間,再加入NaOH調節PH至8.5~9,再加入堿式氯化鋁25kg反應5~10分鐘,取樣加入聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)看水質,如水質不清澈,再加入堿式氯化鋁至反應池,然后在取樣加入聚丙烯酰胺看水質,直至水質清澈;3、沉淀:將反應后的廢水泵送至斜管沉淀器,向斜管沉淀器中按250ml/h滴加聚丙烯酰胺;4、氣?。簩⒊恋砗蟮膹U水泵送至氣浮池,并加少許堿式氯化鋁和聚丙烯酰胺進入氣浮行動;5、調節PH值:將氣浮完成的廢水泵送至PH調節槽,再滴加硫酸,調節PH至7.9~8.1;6、過濾:先將PH調節完成的廢水泵送至過渡水池進行靜置,再通過機械過濾器過濾完成處理,之后后將處理完的廢水送至用水工序繼續使用;7、后處理:將沉淀和氣浮的污泥移至污泥池,再通過板框壓泥機將污泥壓成每塊重2.2T泥餅,之后將泥餅運送出去。用生物接觸氧化法處理廢水,即用生物接觸氧化工藝在生物反應池內充填填料。清遠工業磷廢水治理

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      物理法治理工業廢水是常見方法,目前物理法治理河流的方法主要有吸附法、電解法、膜分離法以及磁分離法。吸附法是指利用多孔材料對廢水進行吸附,常見的吸附劑有硅藻土、活性炭,工業廢水粒度分布寬,使用前需進行粒度改善防止堵塞吸附裝置。這種方法導致工業廢水治理成本升高、治理效率不理想。為解決這一問題,出現了吸附法與其它方法一起治理,比如將吸附法與化學法組合在一起形成臭氧氧化滅菌二合一的工藝。電解法是采用陽極氧化和陰極還原方法進行廢水治理,目前電解氧化法主要用于治理工業廢水中CN-、重金屬回收等治理,該方法無需添加氧化劑、設備體積小、操作簡單等優點,但是、易產生氫氣副產物。膜分離方法是利用滲透膜的作用進行分析,是一種新的治理方法。磁分離方法是利用磁場作用進行廢水雜質分析,需要添加混凝劑才能有效分離雜質。該方法主要應用到鋼鐵廢水治理中。含鎳廢水介紹:在電鍍鎳或者化學鍍鎳時,零件在電鍍以后會進行沖洗,沖洗所產生的廢水被稱為含鎳廢水。

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      廢水吸收塔漿液溢流的原因:吸收塔漿液間歇性溢潔的根本原因在于氣袍或泡沫的產生引起的“虛假液位”遠高于DCS所顯示的液位再加上底部資液捫動泵脈沖動或攪拌器覺拌、氧化空氣鼓入、漿液噴洪等因素的綜合影響引起被位波動。結合脫硫系統吸收塔漿液起泡的原因,分析如下:雜質混入到吸收塔簽疫中。吸收塔淡液中由于系統中進入了其他成分增加了氣泡液演的機械膈度使得泡沫穩定性高而純凈的液體由于起泡性只與其表到張力有關液膜之間能相互連接,使形成的氣泡不斷擴大終于破裂不能形成穩定的泡沫,雜質混入的可能性原因如下:一是鍋爐在運行過程中投油、燃燒不充分,未燃盡成分隨鍋爐尾部煙氣進入吸收塔。二是脫硫吸收劑石灰石中含過量MgO(起泡劑),與硫酸根離子發生反應。三是經過除塵器的煙氣粉塵濃度超標,含有過量的重金屬。二級廢水處理的任務是大幅度地去除廢水中的有機污染物 。清遠工業磷廢水治理
